1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern paid packages, supporter benefits, memberships, virtual items, ranks, credits, cosmetics, access privileges, or other digital entitlements expressly offered through an authorized Chronet store or checkout. General use of Chronet remains subject to our Terms of Use, community and server rules, and Privacy Policy.
Words such as “donation”, “support”, or “supporter” do not remove consumer rights that legally apply when payment is made in exchange for a promised digital benefit.
2. Eligibility and authority to purchase
You must be legally permitted to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method submitted. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to approve a purchase, that approval must be obtained before the transaction is completed.
You are responsible for providing accurate transaction information and for confirming that the Steam account or Chronet account receiving a digital benefit is the intended account.
3. Product descriptions and restrictions
The package page or checkout shown at the time of purchase identifies the primary digital benefits, price, duration if applicable, supported services, and any purchase restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing that information before completing a transaction.
Benefits apply only to the Chronet services identified for the product. A purchase does not create rights on unrelated third-party servers or services.
4. Pricing, currency, and taxes
The price and currency displayed at checkout apply unless there is an obvious pricing, description, or technical error. Taxes, payment-provider fees, or currency-conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. Where Chronet is legally required to collect a tax, it may be included in or added to the checkout total as disclosed.
5. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Chronet may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, purchaser details, fraud-screening information, and other data reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill an order. The payment provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Do not send full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other unnecessary payment credentials through forum posts, Discord messages, or support tickets.
6. Steam and in-game delivery
Digital benefits are normally associated with the SteamID64 or Chronet account selected or authenticated for the transaction. Delivery may occur immediately or after a reasonable processing period, server synchronization, or manual review.
If a completed payment does not deliver the expected benefit, contact Support before purchasing the same package again so we can investigate the transaction and delivery records.
7. Duration and permanent packages
A time-limited package expires according to the duration stated when it was sold. Unless the product description says otherwise, unused time caused by a user's decision not to play is not automatically added back to the package term.
For digital game-server benefits, “permanent” means the package has no scheduled expiration while the relevant Chronet service and supported entitlement continue to operate. It does not mean Chronet, a particular server, game mode, software integration, or feature must exist forever.
8. Nature of digital benefits
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital benefit within the applicable Chronet service, subject to these Terms and the community rules. It does not transfer ownership of Chronet software, servers, databases, game systems, or intellectual property.
Virtual items, ranks, credits, balances, cosmetics, permissions, and similar benefits are not bank deposits, securities, stored-value accounts, investments, or cash equivalents and have no guaranteed cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Because Chronet products are generally digital and may be delivered, activated, or consumed shortly after purchase, completed sales are generally final after the purchased benefit has been delivered or materially used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Chronet determines a refund, replacement, or credit is appropriate.
Examples we may review include a duplicate charge, an undelivered purchase, a material Chronet-side technical error, or an unauthorized transaction supported by appropriate evidence.
A change of mind, failure to read a clear product description, loss of access resulting from your own rule violation, or disagreement with a moderation decision does not automatically create a right to a refund. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Support before initiating a chargeback when reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to investigate. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using legitimate rights provided by your bank, payment provider, or applicable law.
If a payment is reversed after the corresponding benefit has been delivered, we may remove the affected benefit and temporarily restrict related store access while the payment is reviewed. Knowingly false chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent payment claims may result in community enforcement and lawful recovery efforts.
11. Bans, suspensions, and account restrictions
Purchasing a package does not exempt a user from Chronet rules and does not guarantee continued access to the website, forums, or game servers. If an account is suspended or banned for violating our rules or Terms of Use, paid benefits may become temporarily or permanently unusable.
A moderation action does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
12. Server, economy, and benefit changes
Online communities and game servers evolve. We may rebalance, rename, replace, migrate, or adjust virtual economies, permissions, ranks, cosmetics, server assignments, or other package features when reasonably necessary for technical compatibility, security, gameplay balance, legal compliance, or continued operation of the service.
We will not intentionally advertise one material benefit and substitute an unrelated benefit merely to avoid providing what was sold. If a paid service is permanently discontinued, any available remedy depends on the product, remaining term, applicable law, and the information presented when the product was purchased.
13. Fraud, resale, transfers, and abuse
You may not use stolen payment methods, exploit checkout bugs, manipulate transactions, resell unauthorized packages, transfer benefits between accounts without permission, launder funds through a Chronet checkout, or use a purchase to evade moderation restrictions.
We may delay fulfillment, cancel an order, remove improperly obtained benefits, restrict store access, or cooperate with payment providers and lawful investigations when fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.
14. Pricing errors and failed delivery
We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, description, or technical errors. If an error materially affects an unfulfilled order, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund rather than deliver an incorrectly listed benefit.
If a technical issue is discovered after delivery, we will address the situation reasonably based on the circumstances, the product that was sold, and applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chronet and its operators, administrators, staff, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from a transaction or digital benefit, including losses caused solely by third-party payment outages or account compromise outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable law permits a monetary limit for a particular paid transaction, Chronet's aggregate liability relating to that transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid to Chronet for the affected product. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it.
16. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory warranty, refund right, cancellation right, legal guarantee, or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction. Where a mandatory legal rule conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory rule controls to the extent of that conflict.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms of Sale for future transactions. The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is legally required or expressly agreed with you.
18. Contact
Questions about an order, missing delivery, duplicate charge, or refund request may be submitted through the Chronet.gg Support page or another official Chronet support channel.
